In March 2023, InspoHub worked in collaboration with Climate Impact to deliver event highlights of their Climate Impact Community Conference in London.
This event was coordinated and delivered by Climate Impact, bringing together a number of eco-driven business owners, investors and PR and comms specialists. The event was an opportunity for these individuals to come together, network and share valuable insights into the landscape of sustainable business ventures.
InspoHub was tasked with capturing a feature style highlights video, capturing the flavour of the event for the client to share across their own platforms and with attendees.
The client wanted to take the opportunity to speak about their most recent and upcoming projects, which we captured in a piece to camera setup, utilising the beautiful rooftop terrace at the conference venue. This dialogue drove the narrative of the piece, and was accompanied by B-roll of the event setup and the attendees.
The client also requested photography of the event so that images could be shared across social media and emailed directly to attendees post-event as a thank you.
The event was hosted in the beautiful Boundary Hotel in Shoreditch. With the main conference taking place in their rooftop bar, limited space was something we needed to take into account. The kit we brought reflected this, as we didn’t want to be too invasive whilst the conference was running.
Everything was shot handheld, contrasting from the traditional tripod mounted shots we often come to expect from corporate features. This allowed for a more dynamic edit that reflected the forward thinking nature of the conference.
Photos were shot with a similar approach, capturing candid and engaging shots of attendees. All content was captured on high-end, in-house equipment provided by InspoHub, keeping production costs low and output high.
The client was incredibly happy with the outcome. It was a seamless production that was turned around in less than 24 hours. The video was shared with conference guests individually who also gave very positive feedback to the client.
