Having previously collaborated with Centuro Global on both event video coverage and social media marketing campaigns previously, we were invited to capture their 2022 Global Expansion Conference at The Four Seasons, London.
InspoHub were tasked with capturing panel talks, key notes, post-session interviews, an awards ceremony and red carpet arrivals across the two-day Global Expansion Conference. We also provided full event photography of on-stage and off-stage activities.
The client wanted quick same-day delivery, and footage was fed live to screens around the conference to enhance the in-room viewing. In terms of photography, the client requested stills to be edited on-site to a live album to compliment the live blogging which captured the event for those not able to attend.
InspoHub catered to the client’s requests - and limited budgets at this startup’s inaugural event - with a streamlined on-site setup.
Three cameras with two operators covered all conference sessions. Any live production setup would’ve intruded upon the conference space which was already at full capacity, so sessions were taken away and post-produced in the days following the conference.
Separate from the conference area was a media room used for interviews and photographs with a step-and-repeat backdrop and red carpet. InspoHub was set up to capture both video and photos in this area - being at the glamorous Four Seasons, the room acted as a 360-degree studio.
40 interviews were captured over the two days, with repurposable content allowing our client to publish testimonials, speaker insights and general opinion over the next six months.
A live album was shared with the marketing team, allowing them to cherry pick photography to match live blogging being done. Rapid turnaround times were required to ensure our content team was not holding up key insights to be shared by the blog team.
InspoHub always approaches productions with a sustainable mindset. By this, we mean that we shoot with future content in mind. In this instance, we captured various pieces that were relevant beyond the event, including client testimonials and opinion pieces. This is sustainable in the sense that it is cost-efficient and convenient for those investing into the production and is a unique approach by InspoHub.
The client was very happy with the content and level of production that we provided on this shoot. The event itself went seamlessly and was aided by the in-room experience and online content delivered by InspoHub.
